Top Spec Group is one of three separate divisions, firstly we have Top Spec Electrical Ltd, a small independent division specialising in both domestic and commercial electrical work. Although a relatively small business Top Spec Electrical has excelled in it's field boasting a very impressive portfolio of both private and commercial clients including top London hotels and well known retailers.

The Second company under the Top Spec umbrella is Top Spec Realty Ltd, a property development business specialising in full house renovations. This includes everything from kitchen and bathroom installation to carpet / floor laying and interior decorating. Again this part of the group boasts a extensive portfolio, consisting of private dwellings and void housing association properties.

Last but by no means least we have the third and final division, Top Spec Group itself. Services provided under the "Group" division include plumbing work, "making safe" duties such as securing doors, changing locks and boarding windows all on a general or emergency call out basis. We also carry out gas safety checks by CORGI registered engineers as part of the Group service.
